The NGO House launched the campaign NGO  BookLibrary (in Bulgarian – “НПО КнигоТека”).  Any kind of  books that would be useful to non-governmental organizations are welcome – from the social, educational and cultural spheres to issues related to ecology, contemporary technologies, human rights and others.

We will be happy if colleagues from the NGO sector share their original editions – analyzes, manuals, collections and publications and others. Thus, guests of the House of civil organizations will be able to get acquainted with inspiring role-models, good practices and valuable experience from other organizations in order to cope more successfully in their field of work.

The access to the NGO BookLibrary will be free and absolutely cost-free for visitors to the House. Every reader will be able to sit comfortably in different places for reading and also to meet the authors of the books.

How to get involved?

Bring books on the spot or send them us by courier to the following address: 1000 Sofia, “Hristo Belchev” street, No 3, fl 1. You can send us from 1 to 10 copies. The only condition is that the works should be with settled copyright and should have been issued after 2010.

Good practices are truly successful only when they are shared! Let’s  together fill the shelves of NGO BookLibrary with knowledge that will remain for the future generations because “Verba Volant, Scripta Manent” (“Spoken words fly away, written words remain“)!
