The NGO House is a shared physical space for work and meetings. The main goal of the House is to provide a place where civic organizations and activists can share ideas, come up with activities for the accumulation of civic energy and interact. The focus on the goal makes all the means to achieve it possible. Therefore, the declared state of emergency due to COVID-19 and the ban on holding meetings in a real environment provoked us to adapt and expand the space of the House in the virtual environment.

So the House goes ONLINE!

What does this mean?

This means that the House provides online space for civic organizations, volunteers, students to conduct their meetings, trainings, seminars, briefings with free access to the advanced features of the Zoom platform.

In addition to virtual space, the House will be a good host – with a person who will be available throughout each meeting for technical support and for any other assistance related to the meeting (such as preparation of technical guidelines for inclusion of participants in online training , adapting the functions of the online space according to the needs of each training, etc.).

How to prepare and carry out an event in the online space of the House

• Contact us to check available date and time for your online event on info@ngohouse.bg or on tel. 0888 874 504.
• After reaching an agreement we will book the online space for your event and in the scope of the next day we will send you the information (active link and password for the ZOOM platform) which will allow the participants to join the event.
• If necessary, we will clarify the technical details with you and send you a file with detailed instructions on how to use the information for joining the meeting.
• All left for you to do is to send the received information for access to the online meeting and the instructions for joining it to all participants.
